New Power Dynamics: Conflict of a conflict zone?

Since the Taliban regained control over Afghanistan, two senior leaders of the group, namely Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, the deputy prime minister, and Mullah Haibatullah Akhundzada, the supreme leader, who were supposed to regain their positions, cannot be seen in the whole administrative council of the organization.
Rumours suggest that these leaders have been seriously injured or have even faced death during some in-house conflicts among the group but it is declined by the spokesperson of Afghanistan as this might raise a full-scale civil war in a newly made government which will give other superpowers to regain their control over Afghanistan.
To disapprove these rumours Taliban previously released pictures of handwritten letters of the Baradar who was said to be in Kandahar, later they even shared an audio message of the same to gain people trust that he is alright but this raises more of a doubt as the letters and audio message do not confirm of the time when they were written or recorded and if the leaders are really alright why aren’t they coming out in public.
The spokesman Suhail Shaheen denied all the rumours on social media platform twitter saying, “ Mullah Baradar, deputy PM, Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, in voice message rejected all those claims that he was injured or killed in a clash, He says it is lying and baseless”
In the heat of these two mysteriously disappeared figures, the sword of civil war swings over the necks of current leaders in the power of Afghanistan, as if these issues aren’t resolved quickly, there might be a chance of the beginning of new riots that the Taliban will want to avoid at all costs.
