Is justice served to 6-year-old Chaitra?

Raju, the man who was accused of raping and killing 6-year-old girl Chaitra, was found dead on the railway track near Ghanpur station in Telangana. According to the police in charge, he was running during a chase and jumped in front of a train and died on the spot. Later, his deceased body was identified by the tattoo marks on his arms.
Prior to the September 14th incident, Telangana Labour Minister assured that the accused would die in a police encounter in the same way that the accused in the Disha case did. So the question arises: is justice served to the victim and her family in this way, or was this a conspiracy to kill the accused in a manner that would look like an accident?
The Chaitra incident, the case of a 6-year-old girl who was kidnapped, raped, and found dead on September 9th, created a massive outbreak on social media and among all the news channels. The police pledged to find the accused man, Raju, at whose place the half-naked dead body of the little girl was found.
The 30-year-old accused man, Raju, has been missing since the search began, and according to reports, nearly nine police teams and hundreds of police officials are searching for him; all state borders have been sealed to prevent his escape; and Rs10 lakh has been promised to anyone who provides reliable information that aids in the arrest of the accused.
On September 16th, police received intelligence reports that Raju had been spotted; as a result, police pursued the accused Raju, who later jumped in front of a train near Ghanpur Station in Telangana, and his body was identified by tattoo marks on his arm. Hyderabad East Zone Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Ramesh stated, "It is true that the accused has died."I will have to ascertain more details with the concerned police personnel. I am told that the police were chasing him and not heeding the warning, he jumped in front of a train. Once all the details are ascertained, it will be shared with the media.”
Is justice served?
This question can have multiple responses, as one group may suggest that Raju should have been presented before the court as India is a country where the court is the final decision maker for any committed crime. Thus, every accused, unless proven guilty in court, is innocent, and the second group that may put up a theory that suggests that rape is a major crime or a social evil, must be dead, no matter what, so what happened is right.
With these two things, we know that the crime committed is liable for appropriate punishment, but is it right to punish the accused before the court gives its decision?
