Pakistan blacklist Chinese company for not submitting documents in the trending course
The Dawn newspaper reported that the Chinese agency, which has not still been named within any report, was now blacklisted in Pakistan's bidding process.
Pakistan has blacklisted a Chinese company and stopped it from taking part in any authorities in the tender for a month over the allegations of submitting fake paperwork during the tendering process, media stated on Sunday.
The Dawn newspaper reported, The Chinese agency, which has not still been named within any report, was now blacklisted by Pakistan’s National Transmission and Despatch Company [NDTC] for not submitting the real documents during the bidding process.
''The Chinese firm is now blacklisted and immediately prohibited from participating in all NTDC bidding processes for a period of one month on issues of submitting forged and fake documents,” A letter issued in the past few days in from the workplace of the NTDC basic supervisor.
However this process will have a major effect on all Chinese company and also shall not apply on running contracts under the accomplishment, there are many companies that are still working in the Pakistan infrastructure and different power projects. These issues will affect these blacklist companies as well as the other companies.
The copies of the letters have been sent to several high-level government officials and the list of the people includes NTDC managing director (MD), chairmen of the Water and Power and Development Authority, and Pakistan Engineering Council.

The letter was also sent to the MDs of National Engineering Services Pakistan and Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, the Central Power Purchasing Agency-Guarantee chief operating officer (CEO) as well as the CEOs of all power distribution companies.
