PM Modi Lays Foundation for Banswara Nuclear Power Project, Inaugurates Projects Worth Over ₹1 Lakh Crore
The projects aim to boost Rajasthan’s standing in green energy, infrastructure, and employment.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during his Banswara visit, gifted Rajasthan development projects worth more than ₹1.08 lakh crore. These include the ₹42,000 crore 2,800 MW Mahi Banswara Nuclear Power Project (the state's second nuclear project), major solar and renewable energy schemes, water and irrigation initiatives, new Vande Bharat and express train services, as well as large-scale youth job appointments. The projects aim to boost Rajasthan’s standing in green energy, infrastructure, and employment.
