Good News: Students of Bundelkhand University launch PR Agency
Students of Bundelkhand University (BU) launched a PR (Public Relations) agency in Uttar Pradesh's Jhansi district on Wednesday. The Jhansi PR Agency, headed by Shahrukh Khan who is a final year student of BU's Bachelor in Journalism and Mass Communication course, aims to allow small businessmen to promote their products in the City.

The Jhansi PR Agency, headed by Shahrukh Khan who is a final year student of BU's Bachelor in Journalism and Mass Communication course, aims to allow small businessmen to promote their products in the City. The agency in a press release said that anyone in the city would now be able to advertise his/her business at a cost of as low as Rs 200.
Khan, the project head of the agency, said at the launch event that the agency would make advertising accessible to common people. "Advertising is a medium that can help make a business successful. Till now, only big businessmen could afford advertising due to high investment. But now, small businessmen or even a tea-seller of the city will be able to take advantage of advertising", he is quoted saying in the press release of the agency.
The concept of portable advertising model was also unveiled at the event by the social worker and founder of Sangharsh Seva Samiti Mr Sandeep Saraogi. The model aims at advertising in the inner areas of Jhansi using auto-rickshaws.
The Project Manager of the agency Paras Pathak, who is an alumnus of BU, said that their initiative would make advertising more affordable in Jhansi and help new talents to come out. "It will produce employment opportunities and increase financial gains to the city", he added.
Brajesh Pathak, Nawab Khan, Manish Kushwaha, Alok Mishra, Raj Kumar Yadav, Puneet Sardar, Savendra Singh, Mani Vyas Arti and Chandraprakash Pathak, among others, were also present at the event.
