What’s new? (Features of TVS Jupiter 125)

One of the biggest changes in Jupiter 125 is its fuel injection as the company just switched it from carburettor to fuel injection system over which the company claims for more it to provide more than 15% of fuel efficiency.

The company claims that the chassis and frame on which the scooter is built is completely new however the signature look of Jupiter is still maintained.

TVS Jupiter 125 has been launched with the 3 most loved colour options which are: Blue, Orange, and Grey.

Why is TVS Jupiter 125 special?

Till now TVS didn’t have any family scooter in the 125CC segment launched in India and if we look at the graphs there has been a serious rise in the number of two-wheelers being sold in this segment, thus TVS took the right step launching Jupiter 125 in the market, with distinctive TVS style and

Price of the product:

The all-new TVS Jupiter 125 is priced at 73,400 Rs (Ex-showroom Delhi) for the base variant called Jupiter 125 STD (STD stands for the standard),

The Jupiter 125 Drum Alloy variant is priced at 76,800 Rs (Ex-showroom Delhi) and,

The Jupiter 125 Disc variant is priced at 82,300 Rs (Ex-showroom Delhi).

Why the name TVS Jupiter:

TVS from the time it launched the scooter under the flagship name of Jupiter has made a blast in the Indian market and became the second best-selling scooter in the segment thus the newly launched TVS 125 did set a market for Jupiter lovers even before being out to the public, as with the company badge of TVS Jupiter, the product (TVS Jupiter 125) is all set to crash the roofs of the graphs.

In Competition with TVS Jupiter 125:

To the scooter that has boasted its efficiency for many years now, TVS Jupiter in this 125CC segment is all set to give a tough competition in the matter of sales for the Suzuki Access 125 and Honda Activa 125.

TVS has four manufacturing plants worldwide of which three are located in India namely at Hosur in Tamil Nadu, Mysore in Karnataka, and Nalagarh in Himachal Pradesh, the fourth one is in Indonesia at Karawang.

 Writer’s verdict:

TVS is one of the leading companies in the two-wheeler section and over the years it has gained a huge market all over the world due to the quality of product and after-sale service it has gained a brand value with time.

At present when we can see a lot of electric vehicles in the market with the government providing subsidies on them and a hike in the prices of fuel (Petrol/Diesel), TVS has taken a bold step to enter the market with yet another petrol run vehicle.

Talking about the newly launched TVS 125 launched at 73,400 Rs (Ex-showroom) for its base variant it might seem a bit pricy for the start but when we look at all the newly induced technology with Fuel-injected system and a BS6 complied engine and the trust of TVS Motors the vehicle looks worth taking the shot.
