The Union Minister of Home Affairs and Minister of Cooperation Shri Amit Shah laid the foundation stone of National Forensic Science University on Thursday dated 14th October 2021 at Dharbandora village, South Goa.

While he addressed the gathering at the event he talked tough against Pakistan and the way it supports terrorism, he mentioned the surgical strike that was carried out by India 5 Years ago, through which a strong message was sent to the world that no one can ever interfere even with the borders of this nation.

He mentioned that under the BJP led NDA rule, India gave an appropriate reply to the terrorist attacks which was missing when the Congress-headed UPA was in power.

He also added that during the rule of the UPA government, the terrorist from all over the Indo-Pak border used to infiltrate the country, and no actions were taken back then but now the terrorists are explained in the same language as theirs.

He referred to the surgical strike of 29th September 2016 which was conducted by the Indian army which was in response to the terrorist attack that happened on the Indian Army base of Uri sector, Jammu and Kashmir.

Shah recollected the contribution of BJP stalwart late Shree Manohar Parrikar as the defense minister of the country.

He said that the names of Manohar Parrikar and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will always be remembered in the history of the country.

“Parrikar will be remembered for introducing One Rank One Pension for all the three wings of the armed forces under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” he said.

Writer’s review:

By the words of Mr. Amit Shah, it is visible that he has already made a mindset to give a tough fight to anyone who will be standing against BJP in the upcoming election.

With this, we can find at least two perspectives:

First perspective:

It is quite understandable that the inauguration of National Forensic Science University is a step to promote education in the Forensic department but the question arises that how relevant it is to promote the works of a political party at an event like this? Remembering the works of a political party not only made the event sound like an election campaign but it might also have made people feel that the government is obliging on the public by building various institutions and organizations, This is wrong as to fulfill their duties the government has to make various educational institutions and work for the betterment of people.

Second perspective:

At the start of anything new, it is quite common to look back and see what we have achieved and move forward with a new zeal and determination, Amit Shah while addressing the people at the university did the same as he gave a new motivation to people that whenever India is underestimated for anything, it has achieved success with new heights, this shall happen in future too as India has not yet much developed in forensic sciences but with the newly formed institutions, it is capable to achieve the next impossible.
