On the Double-header Sunday, former Indian Captain MS Dhoni will be up against current Indian Captain Virat Kohli. It’s a battle between table-toppers, where Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) are on the top of the table with four wins in their four matches whereas Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is in the second position with three wins under their belt out of four matches.

In the last match against Rajasthan Royals, RCB thrashed them with a ten-wicket victory, where Devdutt Padikkal smashed 101 runs in just 52 balls with a strike rate of 194.23, on the other hand, Virat Kohli started his innings on a slow note but later he also joined Devdutt Padikkal and scored 72 runs in 47 deliveries with a strike rate of 153.19. RCB chased down the target 177 runs without losing a single wicket in just 16.3 overs.

On the other hand, CSK in their last match against Kolkata Knight Riders while batting first scored a mammoth total of 220 for the loss of three-wicket in 20 overs, where Faf du Plessis scored 95 runs not out in 60 balls and young opener Rituraj Gaikwad scored 64 runs in 42 balls. While bowler Deepak Chahar took four wickets by giving 29 runs in his four overs, Chennai won the match by 18 runs.

In the battle of best among the best RCB has an upper hand in this match, but the match is going to be a thriller.

Pitch and Conditions:

Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium is known as the batting paradise and we can witness the shower of sixes in this match. Bowlers will be punished very badly if they miss their line or length by a margin. The team winning the toss will most probably choose to ball first.

Probable XI:

Chennai Super Kings:

CSK is known to stick with the same eleven and give maximum chances to their players, so there will be no change in Chennai’s playing eleven

Team: Ruturaj Gaikwad, Faf du Plessis, Suresh Raina, Ambati Rayudu, MS Dhoni (C and WK), Dwayne Bravo, Ravindra Jadeja, Moeen Ali, Sam Curran, Shardul Thakur, Deepak Chahar

Royal Challengers Bangalore:

RCB is on a roll with back-to-back four wins in their four matches and is expected to go in this match without any change. Mohammed Azharuddin can be given a look, which will boost the already strong batting line of RCB
