The Uttar Pradesh government titled Kangana Ranaut the brand ambassador of its enthusiastic scheme- ‘one district-one product’.The actress met Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh at his official residence in Lucknow.

One District-One Product Scheme 2021

The Uttar Pradesh government introduced the ODOP scheme to provide job opportunities to 25 lakh unemployed youths. The official website of ODOP is odopup.in. 
Also, the UP government had introduced the ODOP scheme in 2018. The scheme is essential for the development of the entire state and the state government is also providing Rs. 25,000/- to local tradesmen and entrepreneurs in the upcoming five years.
The main focus of the one district-one product is to focus on any particular product to increase its quality, use new technology to compete in the international market, and make a product-specific popular industrial focal point across 75 districts of the state.
In a tweet, Navneet Sehgal, Additional Chief Secretary (Information) said “Kangana Ranaut, the famous actress of Bollywood met Yogi Adityanath and she was introduced with an ODOP product by the CM during her meeting. Also, Kangana Ji will be our brand ambassador for the product” he added. According to a senior official during the meeting, the actress appreciated the work done by the CM of the state. Also, Yogi Adityanath asked her to pay a visit to the Ram temple in Ayodhya.
